Mohammad Ebrahim Emad (b. 1950, Arak, Iran) is a self-taught naïve painter. Although his paintings attempt realism, the absence of formal academic training results in natural cases of deformation in his works. His paintings are marked by the bold combination of raw, vibrant color and nature as a recurring and dominant theme in his body of work.
